EMS was chosen as the lead sub-contractor on this enormous project, and we outperformed their expectations. A freight facility is a challenging project due to the active nature of the traffic of trucks and trailers. With over 55 acres of asphalt to be cleaned, prepped, sealed, and restriped, the project could have been overwhelming. However, EMS set out with a detailed plan with FedEx’s blessing. SealMaster Poly Modified Coal Sealer was used because of its incredible resilience in high traffic conditions. The sealer was brought to the location in semi-trailer, and was mixed on-site. EMS sprayed an average of 5000 gallons of sealer daily and completed the project in 6 days. Just imagine the shear size of the project from the arial pictures.
